FREE UK DELIVERY
All online orders are delivered by Royal Mail 24hr tracked and signed. We pay for a “next working day” service which can be anytime between 08.30am and 05.30 pm.
If you provide an email address or mobile telephone number Royal Mail will contact you with an estimated delivery window. Orders received before 2.00pm will normally be dispatched the same day (see order & dispatch information below).
A signature will be required, therefore if delivery is attempted and you are not in a card will be left with contact details for you to confirm which day you would like delivery, within 4 working days. If no contact is made delivery will automatically reschedule for the next working day. If no delivery can be made after the second delivery attempt the parcel will be taken to your local collection location identified on the card which has been left.
We can give instructions for the delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place. Please note that if you request a parcel to be left in a safe place it will be recorded by the driver and any subsequent loss is your responsibility.
Delivery times as advertised by Royal Mail are “next day delivery for most items” but this is not guaranteed and can take up to a week at peak times.
If you are not in a card will be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local main office or request re-delivery.
Please be aware that delivery may take a little longer to these areas: The Scottish Isles and Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Saturday delivery can be arranged for delivery before 1.00pm by Royal Mail at a cost of £15 for jackets and coats and £10 for all other products. Orders must be received before 2.00pm to be despatched the same day.
Delivery and return to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and all U.K Islands is still free with all garments being sent via Royal Mail.
Some extra time must be allowed.
Should you wish to return the garment for any reason please use the freepost sticker enclosed, which shows the return address. Simply reseal the box or bag and put the freepost sticker over your delivery address, pop it down to any post office and ask for proof of posting. We do not offer free returns when returning an item from outside the UK. Make sure you enclose the returns note showing your name and address. If you are sending the garment back for exchange it is best to call or e-mail us and we can then confirm we have the required garment in stock and reserve it for despatch to you as soon as we receive your returned garment.
In the unlikely event that you receive a garment that is faulty or damaged please return to us within 30 days using the free-post returns label you will receive. Please also contact us on 01476 591177 to discuss the issue to ensure we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
If you are sending the garment back for a refund we appreciate you giving the reason for return. All feedback is greatly appreciated.
A full refund will be made back to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 days.
Should you wish to return an item to us for alterations or any other reason please do so by posting this to Hidepark, Box 6118, Grantham, NG32 2FD.
Multi-Buy offers (for example, 3 Trousers for £99) only apply to those products to which the multi-buy offer applies and are clearly displayed as such and are neither valid when used in conjunction with any other promotion.
If any products which form part of a multi-buy offer are returned to us for a refund, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If any products which form part of a multi-buy offer are returned for exchange with an item not included in the same multi-buy offer, you will be charged the difference between the discounted price and the full price item.
Please note we do not offer any free returns from outside of the UK
These orders can take up to between 5-10 working days to be delivered.
International delivery is FREE on orders over £150. If the value is less than £150 the cost is £15 to ship to anywhere in Europe and £25 to the rest of the world.
If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Hidepark has a policy of charging all customers the same throughout the world, so that the price paid in pounds sterling is the same wherever customers live (except for the cost of delivery). None of the significant additional administrative costs for overseas orders are passed on to customers. Equally, an effective reduction in prices through reclaiming VAT is not available.
For orders delivered outside the UK, the cost of returning the item is yours and any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge if applicable.
Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.
Returns from outside the UK must be clearly labelled as Returned Goods and specified as such on any customs declarations to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being mistakenly applied to your shipment. Hidepark will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will be returned to you.
Order & Despatch
When you place an order online you should receive an automated reply within ten minutes.
This will confirm what you have ordered and give an order number.
Our despatch staff will send you a manual e-mail within one working day confirming that we have the item in stock and its despatch details.
Orders recieved before 2.00pm will normally be despatched the same day. This deadline can be later but you are advised to telephone.
If it is possible we will do our best.
